Farm Firsts
We had our first garden harvest today - fresh leaves of delicious arugula and nasturtium!! Out in the front yard, our dahlia and crocosmia had their first blooms of the season. In the kitchen, I made my first-ever batch of hazelnut milk. Pretty tasty, but a little tough to sift out all the hazelnut bits. :)

Cool! that salad looks like the stuff they eat in Brian Jacque's Redwall series. Mouse food ;)
And I love those pictures you put up here on the side. What kind of superheroes were you?
we were members of the "fleece force". we had a whole superhero chant and everything, but now i can't remember it. there was something about saving people from freezing i think. :)
